About Therapy Practice

I offer a range of specialist psychological support that includes those recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence and include; Psychotherapy, Counselling, Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, (CBT) Solution Focussed Therapy and EMDR.

I offer short and longer term therapy options for a wide range of psychological issues including:

Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Difficulties, Stress, Trauma and PTSD, Bereavement, Parenting Issues, Fertility Issues, Self Esteem and Confidence, Social Anxiety, Work and Career issues, Performance and Exam Anxiety, Sleep Disorders and Life Change Events.

I offer a personal Consultation Appointment to help determine which therapy is appropriate for the individual client.

My training, work experience and any achievement

I have a Masters Degree and I am a Qualified and Accredited Senior Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over twenty five years experience as a full time practitioner. I am a fully registered practitioner with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy ( BACP) and United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

I am trained to advance level in EMDR for PTSD and Trauma and I am also trained in CBT, IPT, and Mindfulness for Stress Reduction.

I have worked to achieve a successful outcome with a very wide range of people over the past twenty five years and clients are offered a thoughtful and respectful environment to help them to address the issues they are encountering.
